The location and the view.
The place could and should have had: a kettle to boil water and a coffee machine.
The bathroom door knob needs to be replaced. It is ridiculous to have left it the way it is.

Perfect little place, with a great location and amazing view. Dimitris and his family are very kind, accommodating and attentive to details. The room has everything you might need, even seasonings for the kitchen and good bathroom products.
Not really a bad thing, but maybe a warning... I'm 1.60cm and I could easily touch the ceiling of the bathroom, so it might be challenging for tall people.
And a few additional warnings if you travel to Kea Chora:
-You'll need either a car or a taxi (only cash) to get to any beach
-Everywhere you go it'd be a small hike
-People are very kind but most of them don't speak English

The rooms were in a great location high up in the village which meant the view was spectacular (you can access the roof). Nice and compact, clean and tidy and a comfortable bed and the hosts were very welcoming. A short walk downhill through the village brings you to a local store within minutes and thereafter tavernas, cafes and shops.
There was nothing I did not like but the location would not suit a person with mobility problems as the steps are a tough climb (although I managed it recovering from broken ribs!). An electric kettle would have been nice.

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere le diverse zone dell'isola.
Il proprietario è molto disponibile a dare consigli per vivere al meglio l'isola e per risolvere gli inconvenienti (nel mio caso un ventilatore non funzionante).
La camera da letto è veramente piccola e calda e dotata soltanto di una piccola finestra. Il ventilatore e il deumidificatore non sono bastati a rendere il sonno confortevole con il caldo di metà Luglio.
