The ability to cook a meal and relax on the sofa after work. It was quiet and peaceful and the bed was comfortable. Shower was good and the process of access into the flat from the start was easy to follow. Landlord was very good and always responded to queries.
WIFI was very unstable with the signal dropping regularly. The flat was well equipped although the microwave turntable was broken and only one pan was available for cooking. Quite cold on entry being the attic room.

well equipped and nicely furnished. Very secure. Parking onsite too which was great. Some nice added extras with crisps, cookies, bread, coffee, lucozade and a welcome bottle of Prosecco. Close to shops and amenities and on bus route direct to Download festival which was our main reason for booking.
