Muy bonito el cuarto, cama súper cómoda.

Había un ruido, como pitido, era leve pero nunca paró.

Brenda, the person in charge to taking care during our stay was amazing, super nice, very attentive and always pending for what we need at all times, the room was extremely clean, the beds so comfy and the service very good as well.

Tiene todo. Comodidad, limpio, bonito, tranquilo, descansamos como nunca.

Solo que está un poco lejos pero vale la pena.

I would have given this a perfect ten but the hotel had issues processing my payment (which they admitted was their fault), which led to 3-5 hours of communication with the hotel and booking.com. Then we had fraudulent activity from another card filed with Bookings from a different merchant which we clearly did not authorize. Only to find out the hotel owner charged that other card from another business that he operates. Long story short, we had to cancel that card (which was a huge bummer). And had to spend many hours of my time to fix their problem. I’m still curious how bookings allowed the hotel merchant to use our other card on file without our permission (while we had a pending chart on our first card)? Bookings denied that the hotel owner would have had access but that clearly does not make sense. I doubt I’ll trust Bookings again.
