Relaxing time in Serbia

Very nice apartment , big and clean. We received exactly the apartment we booked .The girl from the reception was really nice , and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. The spa and the pool were clean and affordable. Very nice accomodation overall. Maybe more attractions in this area or more investment on the lake and nearby lake can help more this kind of locations

Excellent value for money for short stay.

The apartment was comfortable and good size. The highlight was the beautiful view of the lake while sitting on the balcony. Highly recommend booking the apartment with the view on the lake.

The mattresses were not comfortable, as they were with springs and not firm and even. It was better sleeping on the sofa in the living room.

Nice waterfront location of comfortable private apartments run by SpaKoncept

Perfect location, almost on the shore of a beautiful lake-bay of the Danube River. Spa Koncept owns or manages a large number of apartments in, as we learned upon arrival, at least three buildings nearby. The apartment we were accommodated in was very nice, and matched the description on the Booking platform. There was just some confusion about the interpretation of the phrase "the building with the apartment has a spa with a pool, Turkish bath, salt room, etc." We were told that, in fact, only one building has a "spa" and a pool, and our apartment is in another building, down the street. Since everything was booked that evening in the building with the pool and spa, the hosts promised us a move the next day. This was fulfilled, and we are satisfied, but it would be good if this information was clearly stated on Booking. The apartment itself and the spa center are just fine, a nice place for a quiet stay on Silver Lake, which is part of the beautiful Danube basin.

We are generally satisfied, except for the initial confusion mentioned above: the information that you can get an apartment in several buildings, with access to the spa center and the swimming pool which is settled in one of them - needs to be CLEARLY STATED in the description on the Booking platform. Secondly: On the last night of our stay, due to a storm, there was a power outage in some parts of this town. Our apartment had no power during the night and the entire next morning. During that time, no one contacted us or asked if everything was okay. We only complained about it when checking out, to which - the otherwise very kind manager, reacted bitterly. The negative remark really hit her, although the complaint was not personal. We expected the management to check if all the guests were okay, because half of the apartments had no power (therefore no hot water, no cellphone charge, no possibility to make coffee, dinner...), the other half of units and the spa center were OK. We weren't bothered by the power outage (which was accidentally, due to the storm), but rather by the fact that they didn't check to see if everyone had power back on and offer guests a move, if necessary. *To note, these details were made public not to criticize this serious accommodation system, but to call on them to be even better and to not take business matters personally, as, the otherwise friendly staff, have done.

Okay, but coul

Location is excellent, the apartment is pretty much new.

They don't really have parking, it is free if you find a spot but the chances are low if it's weekend. Shower head was not working properly but it was not a big deal. You have to go to their reception which is in other building to get hair dryer. TV had no channels to watch. Last and the most problematic of all was that there were some stains on the bed sheets and cushion.

The whole area was booked up, but we got a room here where someone had recently damaged the television. It was great of the manager to offer us this option. It saved the day!

Nice, except the check-out time.

Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 10:00. Check-out is very early. When I ask to stay for two hours more, the host refused claiming that they should clean the apartment for the next quests. The point is, that we were there Saturday/Sunday on Triathlon competition (June 01/02), out of the season, and I am sure there were no new quests after us. Even if there were, 2 hours are more than enough to clean the room. I assume they have not enough cleaning stuff. So, we entered the room at 14:00 and left it at 08.30 (for the competition), but even if we stayed until 10.00 it would be 18 hours in the apartment. Other visitors at other apartment facilities were allowed to extend their stay as much as they like on June 02, for no extra charge, to get a shower and little rest after competition (since after athletes and their families left the location it was a ghost town again).

Nice area to visit, all castles, monasteries,etc good natural cheap restaurant food, good apartaments position, on the main beach in silver lake, usefull 20 % discount at the beach bar, nice host with good english and helpfull, private parking 4 persons apartament - good space, but better for 3 persons, well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, quite, little view to the lake, big bath room, elevator 3 persons mansard room, last floor - good beds,

hard beds in the apartament, good beds in 3 persons room no balcony at 3 persons room, so no space for wet towels or swim suits from the beach, difficulties on eliminating shower water, bath flood no paying by card, only cash and only serbian dinars, the biggest problem, bad impression, lost a lot of money at bancomat commissions

The whole building is new as well as furniture. Location is perfect, literally on the promenade. Easy to find parking. The receptionist is extremely kind.

The bed is too uncomfortable, even though it is new. Basic cosmetics in the bathroom were missing. Kitchen could contains few more things.
