The location was very convenient for our plans (very close to the railway station and old town). The room was clean and cute. The owner communicated all the needed information.
The drainage from the shower was not working properly and the issue seemed to have happened before as after the water was out of the shower in the bathroom, we understood why the inner bathroom door frame was completely ruined at the base, a sign that it has been sitting in water before.

Чудесно апартаментче с две спални. Има всичко необходимо. Отлична локация - изключително близо до стария град, мол, градски транспорт. Любезни и отзивчиви hosts от Upstairs. Много добре уреден въпрос с оставяне на багаж при по-ранно пристигане. Лесен достъп до сградата и апартамента.
Единствения недостатък е липсата на гардероб и закачалки в едната стая. Това е неудобство, когато апартамента се ползва от две семейства, както бяхме ние.

Location is really great! Old town, park, shops, restaurants are nearby. Parking is quite expensive, but we managed to get in the parking area near the apartment (16eur per day).
The apartment itself have beautiful windows, comfortable beds and a good shower. Host was very friendly, all questions were answered quickly! Pet fee was quite high, but we are still happy that we were able to travel with our dog! Thank you!
First thing there were a lot of dust in the bedroom ceiling decoration, another thing there are no shelf in the shower, so for 3 nights and 4 people it was quite unfomfortable. For 3 nights there were only 1 trash bag and small trash bin, there were only a few packs of sugar, so i was quite unhappy about it. Coffe machine was unclean and hidden, microwave didn't have plate inside. Tv was quite slow. Best of luck!

The location just perfect for us, close to old town and train station
Because this is an old, renovated building, outside noises like rain, birds, and the street are very loud. It makes it hard for me to sleep at night, especially my daughter. It's a good idea to bring earplugs and an eye mask, as the windows are in the ceiling.
The quality of the bed and watching Netflix on the old TV are also very frustrating, and could be improved.
