Clean room and facilities. Grounds kept up very well. Super quiet location. Perfect spot to make your base while exploring the buffalo river. Our family of 4 had a great time!Super easy access to hiking and floating the buffalo. Situated close to several outfitters that can shuttle or rent you a boat etc. Will stay again!

Property was as advertised. Great place to be for a silent retreat. Definitely off the beaten path, which is exactly what I was desiring!

We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great! Shower is small and bunk beds squeak but that was not a problem for us. Washer and dryer was available. All I needed was a bed, air conditioner and hot water. Loved the view.

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and the area was nice. We swam and hiked and had a great time as a family. We would recommend the stay here to others.
