At almost 1200 square feet, you’ll experience a three bedroom/two bathroom home with an open-concept living space to enjoy your get-away gatherings. This home is located a couple miles from Interstate-8, which provides easy access to get to your ventures whether you plan on visiting the Colorado River or in town for work at the Yuma Regional Medical Center.

Jessica is a great host, she answered all of our questions and fixed any problem that we had. Enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived in Yuma. Host was accommodating in letting us check in early. House was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and AC worked great. Had trouble with the TV during our stay, but Jessica was quick to reply and brought over a brand new TV for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this property as it was a home away from home during our time in Yuma.

Very nice home. Very clean. A lot of thing to make food if you plan to make meals during the stay. Owner was very communicative.
