About this cottage rental
We welcome you to the Bardon estate, a small hamlet located between Jonzac and Montendre, in the heart of the countryside surrounded by vineyards & fields of sunflowers. To be discovered with family or friends all year round.
You can fully enjoy the garden, the fenced heated & salted swimming pool of 12m x 6m, the ping-pong table, the trampoline as well as the badminton and pétanque.
The village tennis court is a short walk away and free.
The old converted barn full of character, has on the ground floor:
-a spacious living room
-a brand new kitchen (2022) and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer.
-Bedroom 1 : a king size bed 160 x 200 with wheelchair access
-Bathroom 1 : large bathroom with walk in shower, 2 sinks and toilets. Accessible to wheelchair users.
On 1st Floor:
-Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed and 1 single bed
-Bedroom 3 : 3 single beds
-Bedroom 4 : 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 cot bed
-Bathroom 2: bath with shower, 1 sink and toilets.
-Private terrace with furniture and barbecue
-Parking next to the gîte is free
-Shared pool with another gîte unless both gîtes are booked together.
