Here you’ll find a cozy, detached vacation home that sleeps up to 6 people. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake from the south-facing terrace and relax while barbecuing and unwinding. A private barrel sauna is also available for you to enjoy a cozy end to the evening. You can then get a restful night’s sleep in one of the three bedrooms and recharge your energy for the next day.

The house features a south-facing terrace and a south-facing balcony so you can enjoy the sun to the fullest. With 75 square meters of living space spread over three floors, the house offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. You can choose between 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A baby bed is also available so that even the little ones can enjoy their vacation to the fullest.
The private barrel sauna with an electric heater next to the terrace is particularly inviting. With a diameter of 2.20 m and a length of 3 m, it offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. Everything else has been thought of as well: air conditioning for cooling and heating, free Wi-Fi, and a digital door lock for check-in and check-out at any time (no key handoff necessary).
In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with satellite TV, a Fire TV Stick for streaming your favorite movies and series, DAB+, Bluetooth, internet radio, and a game console (Nintendo Wii). A wood-burning stove with three viewing panels on all sides creates a cozy atmosphere. The large table seats 6 people, and a high chair for the little ones is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation: a Bosch ceramic cooktop, a 4-in-1 microwave with convection function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, and a sandwich maker, Nespresso and Nespresso Vertuo coffee makers, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and plenty of dishes and glasses.
The bathroom and guest restroom, with natural light and a heated towel rack in the bathroom, offer the perfect place to relax. In the three bedrooms—which sleep a total of 6 people—you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep, and from the attic, you have direct access to the south-facing balcony.
In the garden, you’ll find an open lawn area with a lake view from the south-facing terrace and the balcony. Comfortable patio chairs with a table and two lounge chairs invite you to relax. A charcoal grill is available for cozy barbecue parties.

Please also note that the municipality of Kirchheim charges a bed tax of 1.00 euro per person per night. On some booking platforms, this is charged directly; otherwise, we’ll send you an invoice.
We’d also like to point out that electricity costs, including heating and hot water, are not included in your booking. These costs are billed based on usage and amount to 0.50 euros per kWh. But don’t worry—we use only green electricity from TÜV Süd-certified sources. A deposit for electricity is required.
If you’d like to use the wood-burning stove, please bring your own firewood or purchase it at nearby supermarkets such as Rewe in Kirchheim.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. However, if you’d like to check in early (starting at 1:00 PM) or check out late (until 1:00 PM), you can book this directly during your online check-in, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Please note that a security deposit of 150 euros must be paid by credit card prior to arrival. Your information will be stored during online check-in, and our system will automatically authorize your card before arrival. It may take up to 7 days after departure for the reservation to be released, provided there is no damage and we have received all payments.
