The property was right across from the promenade. Nicely maintained and very comfortable. The outside area was lovely and easily accommodated six people.The communication with the host was good, nothing was too much trouble. The parking space was a welcome bonus.

The location of this apartment is excellent, overlooking the Burriana beach. The terrace is a fantastic size and well equipped. The property could do with some tweaks which if put in place would warrant a five star review. The towels and linens are poor quality and should be replaced. The kitchen is very small but well equipped. Lots of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s not cheap so I would expect everything to be top notch.

We have been to Nerja many times. This was the perfect apartment for us in a perfect location.
Communication with with property manager was excellent. A wholly positive experience and a happy holiday was had by all of us because the accommodation was so good. I am missing breakfast on the terrace!
