O espaço é excelente, foi de fácil acesso! Bem arejado, camas confortáveis e tudo limpo. Churrasqueira e lugar para deixar roupas secando (área de serviço com varal de chão). Anfitrião foi muito empático e atencioso. Nos deixou entrar antes do horário, pois chegamos na cidade com chuva e por ser feriado não tínhamos onde "matar" tempo!
Pequeno detalhe apenas, fornecem toalhas de banho, mas para quem é mais criterioso, bom levar sua toalha, pois como eram brancas, já estavam um pouco manchadas de uso, desgastadas, mas bem limpas. Papel higiênico não tem reposição durante estadia, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.

Local super silencioso, muito limpo, organizado e agradável. Ficamos no apt 12 que é bem espaçoso e confortável. Roupa de cama e banho de muita qualidade, limpas e cheirosas.
Gostamos de tudo! Recomendamos e queremos retornar.

The apartment is modern and well decorated. The shower is good. The beds were big and comfortable. It was well located for where we needed to be and there was always a parking space available. Check in and out was very simple and communication with the owner was good.
Unfortunately we had a few issues with the apartment. The drains smelt bad and were easily blocked. The WiFi was weak and didn't work at all in the bedrooms. The main problem were the little cockroaches in the kitchen/living room and bathroom. Although the kitchen was fairly well equipped, the kettle was broken and the fridge was dirty.
