The living space, kitchen and balcony were brilliant. Very comfortable sofa with air con in the room and a wonderful view from out of the window. The balcony was huge, great for playing games and having dinner. The bathroom was also nice. Every part of the apartment was well-equipped.
The location was slightly unfortunate for someone without a car - it's at least a 30 minute walk into the town but we managed fine anyway as we are young and quite fit. The local restaurants (within 10 minutes) aren't very good sadly, but further into the town there are better options.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The Kitchen was well organized the TVs was superb specially in the living room. The apartment layout was very nice and functional.
The building had no elevator was very difficult for me and my wife to walk up to the 3rd floor with luggage’s and groceries on several times a day. The hot water was not working until I wasted a 1/2 day on the back and forth texting with the management before finally a repair man came up and fix the facets valve. The bad room had no air conditioning and I needed to lift and MT the humidity condensation container on the daily basis. The need to fumigate against the bugs because we saw some big cockroaches in the kitchen.
