La posizione è veramente nel centro della citta in zona bassa di Cagliari nel quartiere Marina.ci sono molti locali per mangiare. Nella stanza c'è tutto l'indispensabile e molto comoda la lavatrice. Il bagno con un antibagno comodi da usare anche contemporaneamente. Condizionatore silenzioso. La titolare sempre molto presente e attenta per le evenienze.
Proprio perché in centro si paga un pò lo scotto di qualche sera più confusionaria, ma gestibile. Se si ha la macchina bisogna organizzarsi perché intorno ci sono parcheggi a pagamento o per residenti. L'appartamento è in zona ZTL con fascia ampie di ingresso ma la notte non si può sostare.

The property is on a great location, it is generally clean and as presented on photos. The bed is comfortable.
The building is old with thin walls and the flat is on the first floor, making it a very noisy experience during night and early morning when shops are closing/opening. Neighbors are very loud, and the bed is placed next to the entrance door so it practically felt like sleeping in a corridor. There is an issue with cockroaches, there were two dead (in differen days) and some traps in the flat. The staff does not speak English.
