Simon at the reception was extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious — definitely a 10/10!
The only small note is that the portions were a bit too small for my husband, but overall, a wonderful experience.

The fireplace and electric blankets
The open view TV, what a load of crap, and the generator running for an hour every other hour especially like 4 o'clock in the morning was so noisy

It was very clean, neat and so cosy. Loved the indoor fireplace! Very close to the Dullstroom restaurants and shops so location was excellent ! The staff were amazing and super helpful and friendly!

The staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable bed.
Quite noisy unfortunately. When anyone in one of the units uses water the pipes or geyser shudder like thunder. Very loud. Hotel compressor running, etc.
Parking area unkept.
