Cozy Casa. 1 mile from the beach/downtown.

Very clean place and well stocked with any pots/pans you would need. 2 of us stayed here one slept on the futon and another in the bed and both were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and check in/ check out was a breeze. You can walk to downtown or the beach from the property and we did.

perfect little house in a perfect location. we loved the backyard, the huge avocado tree, and the sounds of the chickens. the kitchen was spacious and fully stocked, the shower was luxurious and so satisfying. would stay again.

Very nice and cozy. he best stay we've had in Ventura and we have been in amy of the local hotels previousely. Everything we needed and more. I parking space in front on the curb was provided. It was quiet and private.

Pros:Greatly built ADU with a private entrance. The instructions were clear for arrival and the amenities were great. Andy had coffee available and the washer/dryer was major plus for us. There was plenty of blankets and items in the bathroom. There wasn’t any paper towels or a sponge to wash our dishes, but I’m sure that was just an oversight. The place is close to restaurants, the beach, and some great trails.Cons:The listing didn’t specify that the owners were onsite. We normally don’t book places where the owners are onsite as we like our privacy. My wife wasn’t to fond of the area. In our two nights here, we heard gunshots and fireworks. The back door was not able to lock and we had to put the moveable island in front of it to keep the door from opening during the winds. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that could also be a personal preference.
