About this house rental
Charming old house, a typical Canaulaise, renovated with care.
The old services have been preserved but the house is equipped with all modern comforts. Neat decoration.
LOCATION
Quiet area, 500m from the city center, access to the South beaches of Lacanau Ocean at 800 m, cycle path at the end of the street.
EQUIPMENT
The house offers 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) that can be joined together to make a double bed (depending on request).

Courtyard on the back of the house with bike and surf garage, dining area with pergola and sunbeds/sunbeds, BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee maker (filter also available on request), kettle, toaster and juicer.
Hairdryer available.
NO washing machine but laundry nearby (400 m).
NO parking on the property: parking is paid on the street and there is a "day" package at 9€. A few steps from the house you will find free parking spaces (300/500m).

MISCELLANEOUS
Welcome and handover of the keys by the owner.
Departure: around 10am - Arrival: around 4pm (if possible before, we let you know).
We ask tenants to return the house clean: garbage emptied, beds unmade, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, vacuum cleaner.
Need information about bike rentals, surf lessons or walks in the forest... don't hesitate to ask us.

The appartment is as just as advertised. Well equipped, front and back garden. The location is great, good access to the main road out of town and still walking distance to center. The owner was available and helpful all the time.
