About this house rental
Location: A fully renovated former fisherman’s cottage with tasteful, vacation-inspired decor. Located 10 minutes from southern Pornic and its golf course/La Bernerie, in the heart of the Marais Breton—known for its wild flora and fauna—3 km from Moutiers Beach, and 5 minutes from local shops (2 bakeries, a butcher/delicatessen, tobacco shop/newsstand, pharmacy, and supermarket); market on Saturday mornings. Close to the Vélocéan bike paths. Nantes and St. Nazaire are 30 minutes away via the “Blue Road.”
The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with no direct neighbors across the way—ideal for vacations and relaxation.
The house: 2 private parking spaces and 2 enclosed outdoor parking spots (safe for children) with a locked gate, plus outdoor electrical outlets for charging e-bike batteries.
Out front, there’s a south/west-facing garden area with a table for 4 people, a parasol, and 2 lounge chairs; out back, there’s a large, flower-filled courtyard featuring a patio with a bench, a large dining table and 8 chairs, a large parasol, a barbecue, as well as a large cabin equipped with two 90 x 190 beds and a laundry area with a washing machine.
