Elegant holiday home for 4 guests for holidays in San Foca,
on the first floor of a seafront complex with swimming pool near
Melendugno. The apartment with characteristic wooden ceiling is equipped
with every accessory and is ideal for a charming and relaxing holiday. Pets are allowed.
It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning,
microwave oven, coffee machine, bath courtesy kit, hair-dryer. Welcome
kit and daily cleaning with linen change every 4
days included. Shared area with heated pool and internet.
Seafront luxury holiday home for 4 guests in San Foca
The modern and refined apartment is introduced by a spacious porch,
which is partly covered and furnished with armchairs and sofa and
partly used as solarium with a beautiful view on the sea. The apartment
opens into a large living room with bright and design dining area, next to a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob and the first full bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: on the left there is the total white double bedroom with air conditioning and glass door with access to the balcony with view on the sea. The second double bedroom
is equipped with ensuite bathroom, a big mirror on the bed and glass
door with access to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool area.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 70 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation for day
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bed linen and towels included every 4 nights for a minimum stay of 6 nights.
- Shared Garden, solarium and outdoor shower.
