Things to Know
Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No Bachelor parties. Please contact us if you are a bachelor party looking for accommodations and we will be more than happy to assist!
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets considered. Please reach out if traveling with a pet for approval. Pet Deposit + Pet Fee will be required.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
