Todo perfecto. Apartamento amplio y bien cuidado y muy cómodo, con plaza de parking en el edificio y piscina comunitaria. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está cerca del centro de San fernando y en una zona tranquila. Y además, Manuel, que es el propietario, te guía y ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Persona de confianza total.

Es un apartamento cómodo , limpio y muy bien equipado . La relación con el propietario muy buena . Siempre atento , para ayudar en cualquier tema de la estancia

Из плюсов: есть парковка и стабильный интернет. Хозяин всегда на связи и быстро отвечает. По нашей просьбе оперативно предоставили сковороду и кастрюлю большего размера — за это отдельное спасибо, очень внимательное отношение.
Из минусов: отсутствует фен (хотя он и не заявлен), минимальный набор кухонных принадлежностей — позже часть из них донесли. Квартира находится на партере, поэтому мало естественного света. В ванной нет коврика для ног, заметна ржавчина. Также были проблемы с сантехникой: текут краны на кухне и в биде. В квартире ощущался запах сигаретного дыма.
