The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us as we were both unwell. The breakfast buffet is also something special.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with a great view.
Service too cold - especially at check-in and check-out. Was not informed that we received a package while we stayed at the Hotel. Message for extending stay was ignored

Facilities were tremendous. Hot tub, cold plunge and sauna in one.
The location was a challenge. If it was closer to a mall that would be great. However, really good view of Monas.

It was our second time there. Thank you for a wonderful hospitality. Especially loved the Monas view and the breakfast buffet.
You could hear train horns every now and then, it was a little loud at night. But other than that, none.
