(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Over the last few years combined we have almost stayed an entire year here!
During this stay I took up golfing which was a few blocks away. As always perfect location with plenty of room.

This condo offers it all, plenty of space, nice decks, hot tub and is perfectly located for all the Vail valley has to offer.

We loved the room we had to spread out and enjoy this home with our family. The home has beautiful furnishings inside and the multiple decks and spa were a great bonus! We would love to stay again at Altitude Escape!!

This home is spacious and the multi level layout allows for privacy and quiet sleeping quarters for our large family. The location was perfect for us to mountain bike from the door and quick access to Vail and Avon for restaurants and shopping. We will be staying here again!
