Originally from Freydon, I’m offering this accommodation in a quiet mountain hamlet, 3 km from Allevard-les-Bains in the Belledonne Massif. Divided into two independent apartments, the house can be rented as a whole. It is located 40 km from Grenoble, 40 km from Le Bourget-du-Lac, 30 km from Chambéry, 6 km from Savoie, and 25 minutes from the highway
Allevard is a spa town. There are numerous hiking opportunities in Belledonne, Chartreuse, and Savoie
—you can set out on foot from the house (or by mountain bike) without needing a car.
Many activities available: downhill, cross-country, and ski touring; road biking; mountain biking; rock climbing; paragliding (paragliding school); hiking; trail running; fishing; and tennis;
Sign up for wellness packages (spa, sauna, massages) and the fitness center at the Allevard thermal baths.
In winter, you can go downhill skiing at the Collet d’Allevard resort or at 7Laux-Pleynet, located 15 km away; Collet d’Allevard also offers night skiing. Cross-country skiing and ski touring are available nearby. There is an ice rink in Allevard.
