Villa Orsalia is a very nice house, confortable and with a magnificient veranda, in the town of Pano Platanias. It's a short walk from the beach and the main amusements in the area, but far enough from the mess of the downtown. Anyway, you can find good restaurants and taverns in the surroundings of the house as well as an interesting WWII museum.
On the other hand, Stelios is a very friendly and helpful host -he even found a rental car for us- and he gave us good advices about the island. If you are looking for a villa in this area, don't hesitate.
