Villa Rolls - Porzione di Villa con piscina,giardino e parcheggi

Amazing villa, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Great swimming pool with jacuzzi - only for visitors. Close to the motorway (however it comes with a cost - quite noisy). Good starting point for travels around nearby towns - Rimini, Riccione etc. Really good communication with hosts.

It was quite noisy at times - there is a big party place around 400m away with open air parties at night (not every night) - sleeping with open windows was challenging. Closing windows and shutters helps enough.

Very friendly host (Ambra). Very clean and well maintained villa. Perfect pool - big enough, clean and well maintained. We felt that the owners were willing to keep the good state of the property. Good clean bathrooms, spacious walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. Very good and very private villa with perfect sea view. Pets are welcomed

1. The air conditioner on the upper floor hall was out of order (near the pool table). But on the ground floor the temperature was perfect 2. Noise from the motorbike track (arond 1km from the villa) coul be annoying if you appreciate silence 3. Not the best mattress in the "middle" bedroom

Everything, lovely gardens, pool, view.

The pictures correspond 100% to reality! When entering the house, we all were completely impressed. Ambra showed us around the villa, everything was VERY clean and well maintained. Top equipment in all rooms. Dishes, glasses, cutlery were new, complete and in perfect condition. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and responded immediately. The highlight for our children was the pool-billard. They played every day! We loved the garden, the pool, the soccer field. The owner lives next door and takes care of the garden and pool cleaning early in the morning, while you are not around. Unfortunately, our dog didn't behave very gratefully and growled at the extremely friendly host - despite the bribe treats - sorry for that ;) because our dog had a great time too: where can you find a house with this level of comfort, where the dog can run around, play, have fun with the family at the pool, have a cool place to sleep in the house on high-quality floors?? So PLEASE!!! -> my appeal to all guests: please take care of and respect (!) the accommodations you visit - you are only guests!!! All subsequent guests would want to enjoy the house and surrounding as much as we were able to. Unfortunately, a lot of people lack respect for other people's property :/

The kids were a bit disappointed not being able to use the pool in the evening, due to chlorine treatment after 8 p.m. But I do understand the necessity... There is a racetrack nearby and during our stay obviously a lot of training sessions took place and sometimes it was a bit noisy. Unfortunately there is no grocery store or restaurant you can reach by foot. You do always need a car.
