Villa spaziosa e molto luminosa. Gabriele, la persona che ci ha accolto é molto gentile e cordiale. Piscina spettacolare. Cucina e bagni ben attrezzati.
Purtroppo il giardino non è ben tenuto, l’erba è tagliata ma essendo poco curato l’erba è incolta e sul pelo e sulle zampe del nostri cagnolini si attaccavano diversi residui secchi pungenti che davano loro parecchio fastidio. Non si può assolutamente camminare scalzi nel prato, ci si fa male ai piedi. Il condizionatore nella zona biliardo non funziona.

Amazing villa, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Great swimming pool with jacuzzi - only for visitors. Close to the motorway (however it comes with a cost - quite noisy). Good starting point for travels around nearby towns - Rimini, Riccione etc. Really good communication with hosts.
It was quite noisy at times - there is a big party place around 400m away with open air parties at night (not every night) - sleeping with open windows was challenging. Closing windows and shutters helps enough.

Very friendly host (Ambra). Very clean and well maintained villa. Perfect pool - big enough, clean and well maintained. We felt that the owners were willing to keep the good state of the property. Good clean bathrooms, spacious walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. Very good and very private villa with perfect sea view. Pets are welcomed
1. The air conditioner on the upper floor hall was out of order (near the pool table). But on the ground floor the temperature was perfect
2. Noise from the motorbike track (arond 1km from the villa) coul be annoying if you appreciate silence
3. Not the best mattress in the "middle" bedroom
