Miła obsługa, naprawdę można odpocząć, jest Netflix, klimatyzacja, aneks kuchenny, wszędzie blisko, do morza i portu, sklepy spożywcze oraz restauracje znajdują się po drugiej stronie ulicy, na terenie budynku znajduje się wystarczający parking, część ogrodowa, meble ogrodowe, hamak.
Brakowało jedynie odkurzacza, żeby na bieżąco można było sprzątać piasek.
