Like having laundry
The lift didn't allow access to carpark and the allocated carpark didn't exist.

The location was great and the lifts were regular. Gym, sauna and pool great to use and have access to. Staff were friendly and helpful when we extended our stay.
Only provided 1 key when the property is advertised as sleeping 6 people, host wanted to keep a spare key, however that is inconvenient to guests and limits you moving around the city freely for fear someone can’t get in when they need to. Only 2 hangers provided per bedroom. Limited space in wardrobe storing 3 hoovers, pictures, etc. Only one poor A/C for the entire 2 bedroom apartment, wasn’t enough to heat or cool down.
Communication confusion amongst staff during our extended stay.
