The apartment was clean and friendly looking. Plenty of parking spaces right outside the apartment.
I was the first tenant of this apartment and a few things were still missing or not optimal (e.g. no curtain in front of one of the smaller windows which makes it quite bright as there a street ligths right outside of it as well as on sunrise, the wardrobe couldn't be opened, some things missing in the kitchen). A couple of things where sorted out while I was there, however (wifi, chairs for the balcony). There was also an unpleasant smell near the entrance door.
