Sadly disappointed in a property that has amazing potential.

Excellent location

The den was so dirty. The dust in there was very bad. Sat down on the couch and the burst of dust was choking, literally . The furniture in the den was hard to sit on because it was so dirty . Not a good experience . In addition the house smells really bad when you walk in.
