About this apartment rental
Enjoy your time in Oklahoma City's Vibrant Midtown District in our deluxe studio apartment at The Shay. This unit is located on the 3rd Floor. The Studio is 398SF and has a large king size bed while the living room has a fold out sofa which can sleep an additional guest (*for a child or small adult, check out our Suites w/pullout sofa bed better suited for additional guests). The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, silverware, utensils, range/oven, microwave, fridge and all essentials needed for cooking. The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV for you to login to your favorite streaming apps. We offer contactless check in, upon booking the door code will be programmed and sent to you in the Welcome Email, so you can check in at your convenience. The Shay has been recently remodeled in contemporary style with all of the amenities you would need for your stay at The Shay.
We do NOT allow pets.
Parking for the Shay is located on the North and East side the building. The North parking lot directly in front of The Shay has limited reserved spaces that can be purchased upon booking. You may also park in any available space to the East or along 8th street which has ample street parking.

Please note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide a credit card for a security deposit. We place a hold of $50 on your Credit Card which we run 24 hours before check in and is released 24 hours after check out as long as there are no damages to our property and all house rules are followed.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited at The Shay. There is a minimum $500 fee for smoking in our property and you will be responsible to pay for all damages and restoration costs.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am

This was my first time booking a VRBO. I am very familiar with Oklahoma City and I liked the location. It did serve our purpose is very well. The parking is very easy and reasonable, and the room was just lovely. We stayed on the third floor, or the second floor if you enter from the back stairs. There were units on the first floor, for those who could not use stairs. Highly recommend.
