We loved the location and feeling like we were staying in someone’s beloved home. The views were amazing and Georgia was very kind and hospitable

MAGNIFIC VIEW from the terrace, one of the best views on Agia Trikery, more then 180degrees, like an amphitheatre the house is like a large apartment, vintage style, with two bedrooms (3+2 pax) and al large kitchen and a very large dining/rest room and the terrace large refrigerator, TV, netflix, air conditioning, wifi, most of the things some will need very clean, beds are comfy the host waited us, and guided us to know the apartment. Georgia stays in a dependance few meters away , so you can ask anything if needed. she is very communicative and helpful, very good english spoken she evenly gave us small gifts at check out which was very kind be aware that Agia Trikery is not a car friendly village, but Georgia was kindly enough to offer to us her parking spot nearly. however, do not engage with a large car on the narrow street to end, please consider the accommodation, just for the view, it is extraordinary

the bathroom is cramped the excellent view comes at a price...the stairs :)

La salle de bain est petite et dans son jus mais au regard de la terrasse panoramique, on s’en contente sans problème !

The view is the single most distinguishing factor of this place and simply splendid. A plus was also an unusual amount of games in the house and a lot of new appliances, like a new fridge, a new toaster, a new air fryer. There was also a very generous welcome package with jam, honey, fruit, bread and Easter eggs which was sweet and definitely appreciated. However, I'd have happily done without these add ons and electric appliances for a place that actually deserved an average booking.com rating of 9 as indicated when we booked.

The house is old, clearly lived in and has a funky smell. Old furniture, with some cabinets closed off with cheap plastic binders. An old, gross couch that got covered up with new pull-on covers that don't cover it completely. Some dishes in the cabinets had not been properly washed and had food remnants and many places in the house had also clearly not been cleaned properly in months. There was a visible effort to spruce the place up but it could not cover up the fact that this is an old house with lots of odd bits and pieces. The shower curtain is too long, the shower head is small and cannot be hung, light fixings are bright and hospital like. It felt as if the inhabitants had just moved out for a few days to make space for renters and simply locked some of the cabinets with cheap plastic binders until their return. It would have also been nice to know that the owners actually live on site in a shack right next to the rental (which, frankly, also felt more like poorly spruced up shack than an actual house). Overall, the average rating on booking.com is definitely misleading.
