Location, staff, cleanliness …..very good
The microwave wasn’t working after 2nd day, told the staff and they fixed it immediately. But then the fridge door started giving problem by not fully closing, melting all the ice cubes inside. We stayed there for a week and that was our only complain. Apart from that everything was very, very good.

Lovely friendly staff, security guard also. Great location, close to a massive mall and Jodd Fairs, 7/11 also very near. Hard thai mattress. I also didn't notice there's a gym top floor, when booking. So yeah, there is.
No room cleaning for 3 nights. That's fine for towels and sheets, but not ok for a small trash bin. Basically no sound isolation - from the outside, other rooms and the hallway. At night when somebody is walking in the hall or just closes the room door, it will ALWAYS wakes you up. You can also hear every motorbike passing by loudly and even your neighbours talking clearly. I had really bad sleep here. Very hard mattress.
