Comfortable beds. Very spacious, both outside and inside. Proximity to restaurants, bars and shops

Cockroaches in the kitchen. Not very well kept. Pool looks unclean.

+ Staff were very responsive to my messages about various issues + Pool was nice and clean (although a few little tiles missing) + Large outdoor area + Nicely renovated house, modern decor + Kettle and toaster + Washing machine + Location is great, approx. 5 minute's walk to the beach and convenience store

- Late check-in due to cleaning crew still being there until 16:30, and the extra bed we paid for wasn't made up - AC not working in two of the three upstairs bedrooms (and one bedroom has no AC). Working AC was in the room with the balcony, and the unit was leaking all over, so it was covered in water. - Outdoor area not clean (incl. fake grass) not clean. Unemptied ash tray from previous guests, and seeds from the trees everywhere, so unpleasant to walk around barefoot. There was also a broken pool cover and wooden boards lying around, as well as ripped cushions. - A lot of basic kitchenware missing (chopping board, chopping knives, tea towel, teaspoons, wine glasses, water glasses) - Not enough towels (1 small towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom) - Only 3 dishwasher tabs provided for an entire week. No other basic provisions, e.g. bin bags, coffee, sugar, salt... - Dishwasher is broken / doesn't clean the dishes - Oven door doesn't close fully, so doesn't cook well - Kitchen bin is actually a laundry basket, and doesn't close fully, which caused a lot of ants to come into the villa - Damp in the cellar, though we didn't use it much - Broken chairs stashed in the kitchen nook, and one broke while someone was sat still eating breakfast. The chairs all seem pretty poor quality. Beds seemed ok. - Most of the missing kitchenware items were delivered to us on the 3rd day of our stay. The property has a lot of potential, but it's not being serviced properly. Outdoor area needs cleaning properly, but more importantly they need to provide basic things like utensils, as people are most likely going to cook and certainly eat at the property! It doesn't cost much to provide adequate hand towels (1 per week per bathroom is really not enough, and in hotels you usually get 1 small and 1 large towel per guest). Even providing a little bit of coffee would be a nice welcome for guests.

The villa is in a good location, near the beach and the train station. The pool was nice and clean.

The garden and outdoor seating area was untidy and need of attention. Only three of the six loungers could be used. The unpleasant smell in the en suite bathroom was overpowering. We were given wrong key code so took a while to gain access to the property.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It’s idea for a large family or two small family.

No kettle , no iron . As an electrician this is because the electricity kept tripping out , so fault in the house needs to be repaired so that it’s a home for home for people . It wasn’t cheap .

Buena localización

La casa está reformada con materiales económicos, y eso se nota. Rodapiés inflados por humedad, puerta en el baño que cierra mal, cajones de cocina rotos etc. No había sábanas para lo que consideran una cama (el sofá cama), por lo que hubo que compartir cama. La limpieza no estaba a la altura. Muchas hormigas en la casa, una cucaracha, colillas en el jardín y en la repisa de ventanas. Elementos rotos como una taza de inodoro, la ducha de la piscina, el lavaplatos con el filtro atascado, un estor que se caía, sillas de cocina rotas etc. Algunos de estos elementos tuvieron que venir a repararlos, y nosotros tuvimos que estar pendientes para estar en la casa.

Cerca de la playa

Muy sucio. Le falta mantenimiento y una buena limpieza. Había cucarachas. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Es muy caro para el estado en el que se nos entregó. No cumple lo mínimos de limpieza.
