Good amenities. A lot of activities for children. Free access to the public outdoor pool of Ruinen

They were really understaffed. When we arrived there was no toilet paper and bedding material in the cabin and the reception was already closed at 5pm. The next day they only wanted to give one roll of toilet paper although the cabin has two toilets. We had to buy toilet paper in the shop. That’s a stupid way to earn five euros more from your customer.

Dat de vuilcontainers niet dicht bij waren.Daarom moesten we onze vuilniszakken naar de container bij de receptie brengen.

Zwembad faciliteiten en de leuke inrichting van het park zelf

Erg stoffig onder de bedden en lange rij bij snackbar faciliteit (daar stond maar 1 medewerker)

It's a nice location, well placed and the pool/play areas were good

Room had ants in it, told the desk and they said they'd drop off something to help but didnt, the pod we were staying in was boiling, no airflow but couldn't have the windows open due to mosquitos, with no fan and it must have been about 28° inside the pod during the night. There's a utility cupboard to the left of the sink and microwave which is filty as well as there being mouse droppings and dead ants in it. Also the bulbs are nice to have in the lights but they are incredibly dim, I found myself having to use my phone light to see things properly
