Nagyon modern, rendkívül felszerelt (mosógép, vasaló, ruhaszárító állvány stb.), tökéletesen tiszta. Belső udvarban parkolási lehetőség adott, jó az internet minőség is. Klimatizált, és nagyon jó, csendes környéken helyezkedik el. Ár-érték arányban is kiváló.
A szállásadó sajnos nem beszél a horvát nyelven kívül másikat, de fordító app segítségével biztosan nem okoz ez sem problémát. Nincs a zuhanyzóban a falon zuhanyfej-tartó, ezért nőknek a hajmosás nehezebb lehet. Nyári időszakban a galérián elhelyezett ágy túlságosan meleg, lenn aludtunk a nappaliban. A konyhablakra egy árnyékoló/függöny jó lenne, hogy ne a szomszéd udvarát kelljen nézni.
