Welcome to the Shore Leave! Just a five minute walk to the beach, five minute drive to the Londontowne Public Gardens, and minutes to Maryland’s capital, Annapolis. The owner has worked hard to make sure guests will feel at home! Curl up on the couch to watch a movie, have coffee on the balconies or in the backyard, or grab a few drinks and head down to the beach to watch the sunset. This large home has several living spaces and plenty of room for a large or multiple families to spread out.
When you enter the home on the main floor, you will be greeted by a cozy den that leads up to the large formal dining room and kitchen. Also on the main floor is the large Master Suite with a private bath and flatscreen TV. Head out to the large private backyard and patio to lounge on the patio furniture, including a hammock. In addition to the den in the entryway, there is also a spacious family room on the 2nd floor, and a formal living space on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor has 2 more bedrooms, a futon and a full bath in the hall.
Both living spaces have big-screen TVs; all bedrooms have their own TV.

Everything was just as advertised and pictured and Sean did a great job with communications. Furnishings were new and nice.The house layout was a bit odd and it was hard to find a place where everyone (8 of us) could sit together and relax. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. A real surprise and extra was the wonderful Old Londontown living museum and gardens just down the street. A first class spot to visit and spend a few hours. I do recommend this house as a good base of operations in a nice quiet neighborhood. But do make sure you go to Old Londontown!!!

Great getaway for family of five with adult children, and our dog. The neighbors were friendly, the water is so close for paddling. Everything you need is a short distance in Edgewater, including plenty of options to eat out and enjoy live music. Loved the private backyard off the kitchen. Enough privacy in the bedrooms for our adult children and ourselves and still nice gathering places on the ground level/kitchen/dining area. We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for our needs, attending a family wedding at the London Town Gardens. It was a very hot June weekend and so the cool of the AC and the ability to spread out and relax in the various living spaces was just what we needed. Because of the heat we didn't use the outdoor area, but wouldn't have anyway as we found that furniture was in need of a good cleaning. That would have been our only complaint if it was good weather for using it; lucky for us it wasn't an issue. Other than that—fabulous location for anyone who wants a roomy comfortable house in that area.
