Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• Washcloths are not provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.
⚠️ Potential for noise
Please take note you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs.

Diana was excellent from day one all the way to the end of out stay and she was so professional and kind we definitely coming back the place was just amazing.

When I first got there with my daughters service was great when we got to the unit it was breathtakingly beautiful but you could tell it had not been cleaned there were hairs on all of the pillows, in the bathroom on the floor in the shower everywhere the walls were not clean boogers were on the bunk bed. I would definitely stay at the facility again just not that unit. The view was beautiful the people in the lobby were very helpful I will give it a 4+ for the whole stay experience.
