Apartment Chalet DUPLEX high standing (officially classified 4*), 75m2, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and large living room with very large south-facing terrace overlooking the lake and the forest. You dominate the village of Les Brévières with a magnificent view facing the slopes and the DOME de la SACHE massif.
Renovated and refurnished by an architect (March 2021) in a modern and wooded spirit, you will benefit from all the CHARM and COMFORT to spend warm evenings.
A bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed (160x200) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90*200 that can be combined), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 80x200cm (4 people) and a bathroom with bathtub. In addition, in the living room the sofa is convertible into a comfortable bed of 140 x 200.
SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Possibility to rent from the concierge: sheets (30 euros/bed), towels (7 euros per person). Cleaning is included in the price.
The kitchen is open to the living/dining room and is equipped with all the essential equipment including an LV and a Nespresso machine. The table can accommodate 10 people. The terrace has garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
At 60 meters you will find a small funicular lift allowing you to access the start of the slopes and lifts.
The duplex has a ski locker, a ski room to dry ski equipment and a private covered parking lot.
For Groups, it is possible to rent the adjoining apartment which benefits from the same services.
