Łatwy dojazd i bardzo łatwe, bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Udogodnienia w apartamencie ok.

Ubytki w wyposażeniu. Hałas z zewnątrz bardzo dawał się we znaki w nocy mimo zamkniętych okien.

Lokalizacja 25 minut pieszo od Piotrkowskiej. Darmowy parking. Łatwa instrukcja dostania się do lokalu. Pralka i zmywarka.
Nie nazwałabym tego miejsca "luxury" tylko raczej "budget apartment". Miejsce wymaga porządnego remontu i wymiany wyposażenia. Połamana rama od łóżka, zniszczona (chyba po zalaniu) framuga drzwi w łazience, ledwo klekoczące szuflady w kuchni, podrapana podłoga od rozkładania sofy, połamane kółka w łóżku- dostawce, sprana i nieprzyjemna pościel, wielkie kwadratowe poduszki, na których nie sposób spać. Zniekształcony i poplamiony materac łóżka. Dodatkowo słabe wyposażenie kuchni.
