location was great and convenient to all the sites. condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Francesco was very helpful. Laundry and small market across the street. a larger grocery was within blocks
the lighting in the kitchen and lamps in all the rooms were inadequate. There was a single percolator coffee maker so making coffee for 3 people took a while. There were lovely caffe shops close by thankfully. There was an extremely loud rally for the Napoli soccer team that. went on for 3 to 4 hours across the street one of the nights. The single pane windows were rattling so loud from all the yelling, singing,music playing and fireworks. I am not exaggerating. I had to move to the living room futon and put ear plugs in. It stopped about 11:30pm with fireworks and motorcycles loud til after midnight.

The accommodation has a good location, walking distance from the city center. The apartment is very big, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a separate living and a kitchen. We liked the view from the living room balcony and the quality of the wifi. Probably in the summer we would have had a different experience.
Being so big, it make it very difficult to heat it during winter, so it wasn't a pleasant stay for us. There are AC devices in the rooms (the one in the living room was broken), but it was impossible to warm the bathrooms. Some winter covers or blankets would be appreciated.
The hot water is running from time to time, it was more like Scottish showers.
No sponge or detergent to wash the dishes. We travel with light luggages and for a short period, so we didn't have it with us and had to improvise.

location was excellent and the host was very helpful. no problem checking in and out.
the furniture was a bit old fashioned. no tea towel. fridge was frozen up. we could only get toaster to work in one plug socket. no milk or water in fridge to welcome.
