- The area is well planned with easy to use facilities - BBQ, swimming pool, closed yard. - Room had a comfortable and spacious terrace where you could spend mornings with a coffee or have dinner in the evening - Location is pretty OK and within walkable distance to the sea - pleasant and quiet walk through forest to a not-very-busy beach - Every apartment has their parking spot assigned so there's no hassle finding a place to park at any time (the area is enclosed so nobody can take your spot) - Strict rules and policy in regards to littering, noise control and keeping the environment healthy and secure

- Car parking spaces are too narrow and poorly planned. It is difficult to pull out of your parking spot if the parking area is full. Also, with such narrow space, it is difficult to get out/into the car. Not to mention it's impossible to take baby seat out of the car - had to pull the car out of the parking spot just to get my baby in the car every time. - The airport is close to the apartments - we knew that when booking, but didn't expect that many flights departing/arriving in Palanga airport. Noise is HUGE even with windows closed. Worst part - planes were landing as late as 02:00 in the night and departing as early as 06:00 - 07:00 in the morning, resulting in somewhat unpleasant sleep. - The bed and mattress are terrible - they feel like 5 euro folding beds. Unstable, too soft (maybe just me), noisy on every move and waking my child up if I try to change sides in the middle of the night - No dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment - it's not mentioned in the description, but would expect a modern apartment to have at least a dishwasher - Rather cheap furniture and apartment installation. For example, no ambient lightning installed in the kitchen (only extra bright lights, which give a shadow over the cooking top so you cannot really see well the countertops), no hood (the thing to gather cooking steam), bathroom ventilator is functioning only as noise generator, not actually pulling any steam from the bathroom - bathroom was always wet and hot, even if You leave the fan overnight.

Swimming pool is nice, easy pick up of keys, responsive host. Should you like that, for extra fee there is sauna, bbq and jacuzzi in central area. Though they are in very much public area, and if you are "privacy liking type" you might reconsider. Sea is 10-15mins away, depending on your speed ;)

The description says "dishwasher", though there is none. While for some it's a minor thing, we consider to be mislead by this, as we dislike doing dishes during holiday and this is strictly a parameter we choose our stays on. The apartment is very new (e.g. not enough reviews to have a score), so most likely some things will be calibrated to make it better, yet these did not work for us: wifi connection did not work from the ger go (had to reset the router), air-con was not working at all, and TV kept "forgetting" Lithuanian channels (and you would stick with ~10 russian ones instead, which is super painful given current political state). Having no hood ("gartraukis" in Lithuanian) in the kitchen becomes really anoying on a hot day as well, as anything you cook will remind you about being cooked for another half of the day :)))
