A2J BGC Luxury 1BR Suite Near Burgos Circle & Mall

Very convenient to all locations in BGC. Place was clean and maid was very responsive. Very cold air conditioning. Clean sheets and towels. Apt came with a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. Plenary of food shops around if you need something to eat.

Unfortunately there was no internet access

Location was nice. Washer and dryer in unit Toilet paper provided Air-conditioning was cold and water was hot.

Front door was hard to lock when opening. Key has to be on the right spot to wiggle around. The bathroom was filthy moldy, and mirror light did not work.it was also difficult to use the toilet and the seat cover won't stay open on its own. It hits your back while sitting. The fridge had used water bottles so it probably wasn't emptied from the last renter. I had asked for a late check out(3pm) and did not receive a reply via booking messages however when I arrived there was a handwritten note from the caretaker indicating that I was able to do so and as a matter of fact, I was able to check out at 12am that night-even though I didn't need to. However, at 1155 check out day, I received a phone call from the owner stating that I had to be out by 12pm and that 12a wasn't honored. I explained that that wasn't the agreement which caused a lot of stress as I was not at the condo to check out. However , he finally agreed to 2pm check out. The games they advertised on booking ended up being incomplete board games which you couldn't play. The blowup bed my son slept on deflated by morning. This place is so small that prob only a couple can stay in the unit. Not for 3 or more pax. Overall, I wish they cleaned the unit better. Everything is so affordable in the PI. They could've hired someone to clean the unit.
