The hotel and location was good, everything that you needed, lady on reception was very disinterested, and more bothered about being on her phone, when asking questions about parking was no help at all,not very welcoming made us feel like we was bothering her, which is a shame as nice hotel, even though not a very area,

The pool was such a great place to hang out with our friends. There are several gas grills, so bring food to grill and hang out by the pool instead of dinner out one night!
The only complain I have is that Monday morning at 6am, the trash (directly outside my window) was either picked up or something and it went on and on and on for an hour. If it had been quick, I could have gone back to sleep, but it truly lasted an hour and was SOOO LOUD!
Other than that, I had an excellent stay. I also thought I left my AirPods and when I called, the staff was MORE than helpful. Will stay here again.

The Sentral Sobro let me down is just about every category, albeit the staff were helpful. When we checked in, we took a long walk to our room only for both keys not to work. Back to the front desk to get that sorted. Once in the room, the WiFi didn't work, neither did the AC. Back to the front desk, they promptly switched our room. WiFi still didn't work so they offered a credit. AC worked well this time. Units have a full kitchen and almost nothing to cook with. No pan for oven, no frying pan, no steak knives, just a couple pots and basic utensils. Paper Towel but no dish cloth or dish towel. Room had a balcony but no chairs or tables. you can tell that every possible corner was cut. The place has potential but it's not even close to realized because everything has been cheaper out on. Pool and outdoor area is nice. Wouldn't stay again

be prepared to have to pay to park! $80 extra dollars for a spot for two days. the apartments could use a little cosmetic tlc and there’s no clear instructions on how to get in the building, what your door code is, exc. some better communication or people to help would be great. or even some signs with instructions
