Great stay - good "home base" for day trips. Easy access to dining, train, groceries, and gas.

The rooms were spacious, well appointed. Staff was very kind, excellent communication. Excellent value for the price. The staff was helpful with an early check-on on New Years Eve. Very grateful!

Perfect stay with kids close to Stuntwerk Rosenheim ❤️

Perfect location right behind the train station so we could take our kids on train to Bad Aibling where part of our family lives and also close to Stuntwerk Rosenheim. Barrier-free accommodation so we could take the stroller everywhere without any struggle. Covered parking spot🙏🏼 Nice interior of the apartment, however some adjustments are needed. Especially for long stays as we had.

No hoover - we've stayed for 5 days with 2 kids under 3y and the hoover is essential to keep the apartment clean for us. We really missed that. Also there is a washing machine but the laundry rack is missing! Last but not least a shoe rack is also needed🙏🏼

The location has everything you need. The rooms are spacious, soundproofing and the mattress is exceptional. The location is quite far from the center, in our case we always needed a car, but instead, there are grocery stores at a 5-minute walk away.

I had some problems with the ventilation system that constantly blows cold air. I reported the problem but got no help. Instead, my husband was inventive and we managed to solve the problem during the vacation. And last but not least, in the first night the heating wasn’t efficient. We couldn’t get more than 20 degrees celsius. After complaining the problem was solved.

Amazing location for a long stay.

We could not have asked for a better stay for needing to be here for work. It was spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was rather hard to ensure we were in the right place when we arrive at night, but it is wonderfully quiet. We will definitely be booking again whenever we need to return to Rosenheim!

The one small issue likely won’t even be an issue for many, but it is a bit of a safety concern as well as an inconvenience. There is a building fire alarm that is not linked to an automated notification system. So when the neighbor burned toast at 6:30 am on a Sunday, the alarm in our apartment was going off for nearly an hour. While I understand not granting access to residents to shut it off, the fact that the company was not aware of the issue until 20 minutes after it went off (I texted per our communication preference cut they needed a phone call) is concerning. It was an inconvenience for us, knowing it was just burnt toast, but had it actually been a fire, I am concerned about how delayed the response was.

Noisy office-type ventilation that couldn't be switched off

Well equipped, nice firm bed, helpful staff.

Between 07:00 and 08:00 a noise appeared out of nowhere, despite closed windows and the AC switched off. After looking around for some time, we've realized that it comes from two ventilation outlets in the ceiling. In response to my complaint, the BRIGHT team sent their employee, who was very helpful and tried every option available (offering us to check three other apartments in the building - turns out, they all had the same issue). As there was no short-term solution in sight, we had to find another accomodation and check out early. Apparently, the outlets are connected to a centralized ventilation in the building, and the ventilation noise silencers are inadequate (if present at all - the corridors one floor above were extremely loud with the same noise). While the noise level would be tolerable in a busy office, this was not something the two of us were ready to tolerate in a living area for multiple hours in a row, even if this thing switches off at 17:00 on schedule. Looks like long term either the building needs to get better/more vent silencers, or each of the apartments needs a valve on the ventilation so that guests could shut it off together with the noise.
