Perfect stay for families – great host and location

We had a wonderful summer stay at Amira’s place in Villeneuve-Loubet. Amira was an amazing host – very kind, welcoming and always ready to give us helpful tips. The accommodation itself is perfect for families with children: a fully equipped kitchen, private parking right at the house, and a beautiful pool area with seating. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away, and the neighborhood offers plenty of options for dining, shopping, and even EV charging. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Excellent value for money

Spacious accomodation with large garden and nice ppol. The appartment hosts 2 large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and fine airconditioning. Excellent value for money. Quick road out to Grasse and the foothills of the Alpes. Antibes and Nice are a half hour drive away. Amira is a friendly host and prompt to react whenever you have a question.

Mosquitos were more of a pest than we had thought beforehand, so for evenings outside you need lots of repellent.

Amazing stay, lovely host and beautiful village

Property had everything that we needed, only issue was the single beds, they were squeaky when turning over and being an adult, they were very small, could also have done with standard pillows instead of a large cushion.

A revivre avec grand plaisir

Accueillis par le sourire d'Amira elle-même, la propriétaire du lieu, notre séjour s'est déroulé de façon idéale ! Entre Menton et Cannes, au-dessus de Nice, la location est vraiment située au centre d'une merveilleuse zone à visiter. Nous sommes allés à Menton, au Cros-de-Cagnes, au village d'Eze et son jardin exotique, à Antibes, à St-Paul-de Vence et à Vence. Parfaitement conforme aux photos, ce rez-de-chaussée est neuf et d'une propreté indiscutable. Les 2 chambres, la salle de bain, la toilette, même "notre" jardin privé sont impeccables. A l’entrée, avant de pénétrer dans l'habitation proprement dite, existe une pièce de 3 x 3 m. Ce sas permet de faire sécher les essuies, pendre les vêtement, etc..., un endroit toujours bien utile ! La propriété est sécurisée par un double portail électrique et met ainsi la voiture à l'abri de toute dégradation. Besoin d'infos sur le four, le bain à bulles ou la TV, Amira est immédiatement disponible et vient vous expliquer sur place. Elle a toujours été souriante et de bons conseils pour remplir l'agenda de nos journées ! A refaire avec grand plaisir !
