The overall stay, considering the low price, was absolutely fine. It only takes a 10 minutes walk to get to the beach. The room was very quiet and clean and there was air conditioning.

The shower is quite modest and the whole toilet gets wet when you use it, but this is quite the standard bulgarian experience. The room was quite small.

The location is good. The staff are polite and responsive and the communication from the hosts was very prompt.

The place is misrepresented as an apartment. It actually is two rooms ( one small.double and one single) with a shared bathroom. This was our main issue as we selected it as we wanted a break from hotels. If you wish to stay in a hotel there are much nicer ones in a more central location for the same price. This place is really basic ( 2 stars as stated at Reception). There was not even a kettle to heat water and make a cup.of tea. there were not even three chairs to sit on. The " terrace" is actually half a balcony that has been divided. You couldn't fit two people there. The mini fridge is very noisy which makes sleep in the single room uncomfortable. The bathroom is a real mess as the water runs all the way through to the drain close to the sink at the other end. This is not value for money, I checked on the day we arrived at the place and there were better alternatives. They are not listed on the same site but they are not hard to find.
