Apartman je u prizemlju obiteljske kuće: prostran, iznimno detaljno, dobro i promišljeno opremljen. Terasa je manja, gleda na pravi domaće uređeni vrt i ulicu. Lokacija je također odlična: 3 min hoda od centra grada i 5-6 minuta hoda od plaže a dostupno je i vlastito prostrano parkirno mjesto, što u centru Cresa nije zanemarivo. Dio je stambene ulice tako da je tiho i osjeti se prava domaća atmosfera. Najveći bonus su domaćini: iznimno ljubazni, u svakom trenutku spremni uskočiti ako nešto trebate. Nadam se da se vidimo opet dogodine!
