The three-story interior comes well-appointed for in-home comfort. You'll find everything you need for family meal planning in the full kitchen, equipped with all the major appliances (including dishwasher), prep space, cookware, and utensils. There's breakfast bar seating for two and a high-top table set for four. Main floor and lower living areas each come furnished with smart TVs for flexible entertainment options. The lower level also features access to a covered patio area. Home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

A bedroom and shared, full bathroom are located on the main floor. The upstairs primary includes an en suite bathroom. The lower level also comes furnished with a Murphy bed for a third bedroom option.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
