This 3BD/2BA vacation home checks all the boxes that are required to have a stress-free and enjoyable time in the desert. Plenty of social spaces, inside and out. A fully-stocked designer kitchen, a large backyard with heated pool & hot tub, spacious fire pit area with built-in seating, even a small bistro table outside the primary bedroom to take in the desert mornings. The space really is a nice throw-back to the mid-century modern greatness that defines Palm Springs. Located in a neighborhood of similar homes and situated on a quiet street with minimal traffic.
POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home

Everything went smoothly, enjoyed the property thoroughly. The digital concierge was very informative! The yard was excellent, beds comfortable and character of the mid-century era was a great vibe, would stay here again!

I stayed at the home with a group of 4 ladies for a nice, chill weekend. The house was nice, but the neighborhood had super strict rules including "No outdoor music". This was kind of a bummer especially since the location was very noisy due to the location near airport so we heard planes constantly. Other than that, it's a nice rental location!
