This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

This is the downstairs unit of a historic triplex. There are two additional units upstairs through a separate staircase. As a charming older home, the building has its natural sounds — which is exactly why we've stocked every room with sound machines and earplugs, so your whole family sleeps soundly no matter what.

Please note there is only room for you to park up to TWO CARS in the gated parking lot.

Amazing location! Great for walking to go get a bite to eat. The rooms where so comfy and great to come back to after competing in a strongman competition! The owner Marisol was so incredibly nice and great communicator! I appreciated how well fast she got back to me and answered questions. It was a great drive distance to surrounding towns as well! Highly recommend staying here it was a great environment and house!

The home is beautiful and well appointed. The Bishop Arts District is cool and trendy with dozens of high-end restaurants, all within walking distance. We always felt safe - even when walking with kids in the evenings. Our host, Marisol, was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book here again.
